I found Juan - the owner through an online advertisement. I called him and he helped me immediately. I wanted the cabin fever flake floor. This was a new build house. I requested a moisture barrier, and anti slip. He provided everything I asked for and was also very friendly. He was punctual and explained the whole process step by step. I contacted several different vendors to get a quote for epoxy flooring in my 3 car tandem garage. Imperial Epoxy Flooring was the only one to respond in a timely manner. Not just at the beginning, but during the process as well. I have attached before and after pictures to this review, so you can see what they were up against. The floor wasn't TOO dirty, but did have several hair line cracks, tire marks and some recent oil spillage from an oil change gone wrong. It also had a peanut oil stain from my deep fryer. They used a diamond grinder to pull off the top layer (makes the epoxy stick better), patched the cracks and even filled in a few chips that were there when we moved in. They use a LOT of the 1/4 inch chips when they spread them around, so this does not look like that epoxy that has just a light scattering of chips in it. From a distance it looks almost like interior carpet. Apparently the gray and black is pretty popular, but I went for the tan to better match the brick and trim of my house. Coverage, including even the little stub walls from the foundation pour, was outstanding. It is not an incredibly smooth floor, so I am not afraid of sliding if it gets a little wet. Overall I am very pleased with the product, responsiveness of the vendor, and price. I did get some cheaper quotes while looking around, but I feel that I actually got good value for what I paid.
